At the second stop of the launch, 400 metres from Fanos beach is Platia Pounda beach aka Italida. The launch stops at Geranos, a tiny jetty next to an equally tiny beach of the same name.
Here you will be in direct touch with nature since it is formed in such a way as to have practically no visual contact with civilization. Recommended on days of northerly winds.
At Platia Pounda you won’t find a café or restaurant so it is advisable to bring something to eat and drink. Of course you can get provisions at any time of the day from the café Fanos, 300 meters away.
If you get tired of relaxing on the golden sand of Platia Pounda, at a distance of just 800 meters you will find Pisina (the Pool). Without chlorine or plastic diving boards. With seawater and the rocks to serve as diving boards. A natural creation where you will find difficult to get enough of either diving or the scenery.
